To strengthen Crestview through sport, wellness, and opportunity — empowering youth through purposeful play, emotional resilience resources, and community connection.
Grow. Play. Belong. Thrive.
Red Horse Elite is a community‑driven athletic and wellness ecosystem where sports are the anchor and purpose, belonging and resource access are the outcomes. Our programs are not confined to a single facility; they draw on parks, schools and shared spaces across the community to create a distributed network of support. We operate under a mindset of inclusiveness and equity inspired by trauma‑informed care principles.
Unlike traditional sports clubs that focus solely on competition, Red Horse Elite operates as a community ecosystem where sport meets support services. Our athletes have safe spaces to grow both physically and mentally; the community actively participates in shaping outcomes; and local partners — businesses, nonprofits, schools and city departments — contribute and benefit. This integrated approach reflects Red Horse’s broader mission to provide personal and professional development, mental‑health services and community support .
Red Horse Elite exists so that every young person in our community has a place to play, a place to grow, and a place to become more than they were yesterday — physically, mentally and socially.
Mission Statement
"Red Horse Elite exists to foster a holistic 'family-first' culture that prioritizes the total development of the child. We bridge the gap between athletic performance, academic achievement, and community stewardship to ensure our members have a home for life."
Academic Excellence: We believe the "student" comes before the "athlete" and offer active support to ensure success in the classroom.
Servant Leadership: We lead by giving back—organizing toy drives, food banks, and holiday events to pour back into the community that supports us.
The Legacy Clause: At Red Horse Elite, 'Aging Out' does not mean 'Moving Out.' We are committed to our alumni through continued mentorship, networking opportunities, and 'Legacy Volunteer' roles. Our family table always has an open seat for those who gave us the opportunity to influence their life.
• Build programs with the city, not just in it.
• Leverage existing assets (parks, schools, facilities).
• Encourage local stewardship — residents shape the culture.
• Sports as a gateway for:
• Physical fitness
• Discipline + teamwork
• Identity + confidence
• Mental wellness support integrated — stress management, mentoring, expressive outlets.
• Partnerships with service providers
(youth services, mental health, career pathways).
• Community hubs that are safe, structured, and relational.
• Programs that foster belonging and purpose beyond athletics.
• Not reliant on one facility.
• Network of shared spaces and programs.
• Develop a city‑wide footprint by connecting multiple venues and shared programs, ensuring resilience and adaptability.
Athleticism First: Our cheerleaders are athletes. We focus on strength, flexibility, and the fundamentals of safe stunting.
Academic Excellence: Just like our football players, every Red Horse cheerleader is required to maintain a "C" average or better. We believe that greatness in the gym starts with greatness in the classroom.
Character & Leadership: We teach our cheerleaders to be ambassadors of school spirit and community service.

The Red Horse Elite 7-on-7 program is designed for skill position players (QBs, WRs, TEs, RBs, and DBs) who want to sharpen their technical abilities during the off-season. This "non-contact" format focuses on timing, route running, and defensive coverage in a high-speed, competitive environment.
Skill Specialization: Without the physical demand of tackling, our coaches focus 100% on throwing mechanics, catching under pressure, and football IQ.
The Spring Academic Push: While the pads are off, the books stay open. Our "C or Better" requirement remains in full effect. We use the 7-on-7 season to ensure our athletes finish their school year with the grades required to hit the field in the fall.
Conditioning & Speed: 7-on-7 is a cardiovascular challenge. Our athletes stay in "football shape" year-round, giving them a massive advantage when August training camp begins.
Futures Division (Ages 8u): Learning the passing tree and defensive "zone" basics.
Elite Division (Ages 10u): Advanced route combinations and man-to-man coverage techniques.
Prep Division (Ages 12u): High-school level terminology and competitive tournament play.
Registration for the 7-on-7 season includes:
Custom Performance Gear: Red Horse Elite compression jersey and matching performance shorts.
Tournament Entry Fees: Participation in local and regional passing tournaments.
Elite Coaching: Training from specialized offensive and defensive coordinators.
Soft-Shell Protection: Use of league-approved soft-shell helmets for maximum safety during incidental contact.
Equipment Rental: High-quality Helmet and Shoulder Pads (to be returned at end of season).
Game Day Uniform: Custom Red Horse Elite Game Jersey and Integrated Game Pants.
Spirit Pack: Practice jersey, Warm Ups, and Windbreakers.
Certified Coaching: Instruction from background-checked, USA Football-certified coaches.
Season Duration: March – May (The "Spring Circuit").
Practices: [Insert Days, e.g., Sundays/Wednesdays].
Competition: Games are typically played in a "Round Robin" or Tournament format on weekends.
We believe that 7-on-7 is the "audition" for the fall. Players who demonstrate high character, academic discipline, and a strong work ethic during the spring season are given priority for the Fall Tackle rosters.
