We offer programs for athletes ages 5 to 14. Divisions are generally broken down into 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U based on the athlete's age as of July 1st.
Yes! Our 7v7 program typically runs in the Spring and is a non-contact way to build speed and passing skills. Tackle football is our primary Fall season sport. Many athletes participate in both to stay sharp year-round.
Safety is our #1 priority. Every coach on our sidelines is required to be CPR/First Aid certified, complete the AYF Coaching Safety Course (covering concussion and heat safety), and attend seasonal coaching clinics
We follow AYF guidelines and "Heads Up" tackling techniques to minimize risk. We also ensure all equipment is safety-rated and properly fitted to each individual athlete.
7v7: Practices begin in January with games starting in February.
Tackle/Cheer: Practices typically begin in late April, with the regular season running through November/December.
Football: Parents typically provide cleats, a mouthguard, and an athletic supporter. The
organization provides Uniforms/Pads/Helmets/Warm-ups/practice wear.
Cheer: Parents typically provide Shoes/Socks. The organization provides the competition/sideline uniform/practice wear.
Most teams practice 3 evenings per week. During the heat of the summer, we may adjust times to ensure player safety.

You will need a copy of the athlete's Birth Certificate, a current physical (signed by a doctor in 2026), and a recent report card (for AYF scholastic eligibility).
